Professional Snow Removal Services — Now Available for the 2025–2026 Winter Season
This winter, Elite House Wash LLC is expanding our service lineup to include full snow removal services for residential and small commercial properties. Major weather agencies—including NOAA, AccuWeather, The Weather Channel, and the Farmer’s Almanac—are all forecasting an abnormally snowy, colder-than-average winter for the 2025–2026 season. Long-range outlooks are calling for above-normal snowfall, increased storm frequency, and a heightened risk of early and late-season accumulations.

With a potentially demanding winter ahead, we are now accepting new accounts for the upcoming season. Whether you're preparing proactively or looking to switch to a more reliable provider, we’re here to ensure your property stays safe, accessible, and well-maintained throughout every storm.

Our Equipment: Powerful, Precise, and Property-Safe

To provide the highest quality service, we use a compact tractor equipped with a large commercial three-stage snowblower attachment. This setup delivers exceptional power, consistency, and precision, allowing us to clear everything from light fluffy snow to dense, wet, heavy storms efficiently and safely. Unlike traditional plow trucks that simply push snow from one place to another, our commercial snowblower removes the snow entirely, processing it and directing it away from driveways, walkways, and parking areas. The result is a clean, even surface without the leftover buildup and frozen layers plows often leave behind.

Why Snowblowing Is Better Than Plowing—Especially in a Heavy Snow Season

Snowblowing offers major advantages over plowing, especially during winters with frequent, back-to-back storms—as many weather agencies are predicting this season. Each time a plow pushes snow into piles, those piles grow larger, take up valuable space, become unsightly, and eventually shrink your driveway, making parking difficult and increasing ice buildup as the piles repeatedly freeze and refreeze.
Plows can also cause significant property damage. Their steel blades can tear up grass, scratch asphalt, loosen pavers, break curbing and edging, and scatter gravel across the driveway. They often push snow into inconvenient or unsafe areas, creating slip hazards and blocking access.
Our snowblower avoids these problems entirely. Instead of pushing snow into growing mounds, we throw it far away in a controlled direction, preventing massive icy piles and leaving a clean, smooth, and safe surface. This greatly reduces property damage and maintains full use of your driveway all season long.
With Elite House Wash LLC, you get a cleaner finish, better protection for your property, and a safer, more efficient snow-clearing method—especially in a winter expected to deliver heavy and frequent snowfall.
